Summary
Currently I am heading a group company - ArrisVentures and we are in to distinct businesses - Recruitment, Training, Education etc.
Apart, now I in the process of establishing a new company that provides global solution to menace of untimely Job Declines that is hitting specifically IT companies very badly. Job declines are heavily impacting top end revenues of companies and Talent Acquisition professional’s hands are thus tied up having no solution in this globe. In a way, last two decades, industry has seen unprecedented growth in salary levels, which has significantly contributed to buying power of individuals that has led to sharp rise in prices of every single day to day common necessities of a human. One of the major reasons for this can be indirectly linked to Job Declines.
I am currently working on the functional design of the solution that I am trying to offer to HR industry. Prior, already I have launched a massive Job-Decline Survey with the right audience and trying to garner the valued inputs that help me in strengthening my design. The crux of this system is to deliver effective solution in managing, controlling and predicting the Job Offers - declines through technology, but definitely not based on the human behavior that is directly linked to declines. This is something few HR heads are welcoming my initiative when I had a personal discussion with them. Largely, I have got warm and huge response to my on-going survey crossing 3 K response in about a 3-4 Months and intending to touch 5 K responses before I give final touches to my solution. This solution is likely to hit industry either last quarter of 2016 or 1st quarter of 2017.
This solution, no doubt if implemented whole heartily by HR Fraternity collectively, will be certainly a boon to Job Decline issues. Otherwise, Job seekers will have to excuse me, which will go against them in a big way.
